Zund UK, part of the global Zund family, has become the first company worldwide to router Brett Martin’s new logo out of Foam PVC. The St Albans based subsidiary had already planned to test its versatile G3 3XL-3200 machine on Brett Martin’s 30mm Foamalux Calibre, 10mm Foamalux Xtra and 3mm Foamalux Light, so when the opportunity arose to router the new logo, they jumped at the chance.

Non-contact spray technologies to be showcased during webinar and Innovate Textile and Apparel Virtual Trade Show

Fabric finishing and sanforization systems installed in the US and Turkey to enhance productivity

Baldwin Technology Company Inc. has successfully installed six new fabric finishing and sanforizing precision spray systems in the US and Turkey. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, the installations were completed in just 60 days, thanks to close collaboration between onsite Baldwin textile team members, local agents and remote support from the company’s product and technology center in Sweden.

eurolaser, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of laser cutting machines, has successfully tested a range of Brett Martin’s semi-finished plastics on its M-800 laser cutting machine. eurolaser tested Brett Martin’s products at its German test facility and issued certificates for Marcryl FS, Marlon FS, Marpet-a FS and Marpet-g FS, stating that the products were excellent and suitable for laser cutting. The company also successfully routered Brett Martin’s Foamalux on their systems. All eurolaser machines have multiple cutting capabilities due to various tools, such as knife-cutters or routers in parallel with the laser.
