Ricoh has opened up an array of print production opportunities for Print Service Providers (PSPs) and graphic arts display specialists. The option of orange and green inks for its Ricoh Pro L5160e and Ricoh Pro L5130e extended gamut latex large format printers allows the accurate reproduction of a wider range of Pantone and brand colours.

Epson presents first printers with resin inks

With the introduction of the SureColor SC-R5000/SC-R5000L large format series, Epson is expanding its range of signage printers with two special solutions using water-based, odourless resin inks. The new Epson R-series meets even the demanding requirements of the printing industry for quick-drying, curing resin inks. In the SC-R5000/SC-R5000L, Epson's many years of experience in the fields of imaging, colour management and media combine to create professional printing solutions. With the now comprehensive range of eco-solvent, UV and now also resin printing systems, Epson offers solutions for almost all applications in the fields of signage, PoS and interior design. The new SureColor SC-R5000 and SC-R5000L will be available from December 2020 at qualified specialist dealers.

Canon is completely renewing its large format printer portfolio.
