At the upcoming Heimtextil from January 10 to 13, manufacturers and weavers will find a global range of fibers and yarns for decorative and upholstery fabrics - for the first time compactly and centrally located in a separate area in hall 4.0. The leading international trade fair for home and contract textiles is thus responding to the growing demand for textile materials for the preliminary stage. Around the area, visitors also await high-quality suppliers of outdoor fabrics, technical textiles for the contract sector and imitation leather.

The selection of products to be shown at the Interior.Architecture.Hospitality LIBRARY has been made. On 30 November 2022, an expert jury chose the functional textiles to be presented in the LIBRARY at Heimtextil 2023. 85 exhibitors were selected from the large number of entries and will display their products in the elaborate setting of the LIBRARY in Hall 4.0. The textiles will be marked with the name and stand number of the manufacturers concerned.

From 3 to 7 February 2023, the new Ambiente Working area will offer trend-setting product innovations for all aspects of classic office supplies, new work and home office. Varied supporting programmes, a trend-setting special presentation and top-class specialist lectures provide important industry insights. Visitors benefit from valuable synergies, new business contacts and ideas for the work of tomorrow.

In light of rising Covid-19 cases in Guangzhou, and in support of the government’s pandemic containment measures, the organisers have deferred DS Printech China. Originally due to take place from 16 – 18 November 2022, the rescheduled fair will still be held at the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou. A new date will be announced in due course.

Xeikon America, a world-class developer and manufacturer of digital printing presses and related equipment, today announced the opening of its new North American headquarters in the Chicago suburb of Elgin. Xeikon executives were joined by Elgin mayor Dave Kaptain, Elgin Area Chamber of Commerce President & CEO Carol Gieske and Economic Development Group Director Tony Lucenko for a gala ribbon cutting to inaugurate the facility.
