Berlin-based creative print service provider, Berlin Reklame, has bought another HP printer to add to its fleet - securing a deal for the Latex 800W on the show floor at FESPA. The 800 ‘W’ comes with white ink printing capabilities which utilises exterior grade titanium dioxide pigments to provide the whitest white in the industry, which won’t yellow over time. The deal was secured in collaboration with German reseller Antalis Macron GmbH.

“We’re thrilled to add an HP Latex 800W to our portfolio,” said Jens Roebbel-Pape, Managing Director, Berlin Reklame. “The printer will allow us to further our work in the window graphics and signage space for retail customers. We believe the L800W’s white ink capabilities will be a huge differentiator for us when it comes to working in retail environments. HP’s sustainability credentials were also an important factor. We are moving away from solvent-based inks where possible – so HP’s water-based Latex ink technology was a natural fit. The fact the inks are delivered via HP’s cardboard-constructed Eco-Carton cartridges is another benefit - allowing us to recycle the vast majority of each cartridge used, while reducing our carbon footprint.”
