The new ROLL2 Sublimation

NoeCha ROLL2 Sublimation is a wide format roll-to-roll inkjet system dedicated to printing on paper for sublimation transfer, for the fashion and textile industry and particularly for sportswear. Combining great quality and high level of productivity, the machine allows printing on rolls of paper of up to 1,8m width at a linear speed up to 850 linear m/h. The new ROLL2 Sublimation has got a modular head carriage that can be equipped with 1 up to 5 printing heads/color and for up to 8 colours. Thanks to this flexibility, the customer can decide to grow according to his needs, also protecting his investment. The new roll-to-roll printing solution of NoeCha is built in a very robust way in order to guarantee high printing precision as well as a perfect alignment of material handling. The industrial printing line allows non-stop printing and high-volume productions.

At the end of the exhibition, the ROLL2 Sublimation will be delivered and installed in a company based in Northern Italy. “With the same spirit of what has been done until today, NoeCha is again bringing to Fespa a revolutionary printing system that will set new standards of productivity and reliability in the digital printing market”, says Marco Baio, founder and CEO of NoeCha.

ROLL2 Sublimation is part of the NoeCha multi-application printer’s series including also ROLL2 Textile for direct printing on textile with different inks according to the substrate (disperse, acid, reactive and pigmented inks) and ROLL2 for Blueback paper and folding carton with UV or water based inks.

“With the release of the ROLL2 series, NoeCha is extending and diversifying drastically its product portfolio which is giving us an important place on the high-end inkjet printing market. This revolutionary printing system will allow NoeCha to enter not only the growing market of textiles for the fashion industry, but also for interior decoration, packaging and signage applications”, adds Marco Baio.

New functions for NoeCha ONE

Already appreciated on the market, NoeCha ONE has several installations in Europe, including international groups operating in the folding and corrugated cardboard markets.
The revolutionary wide format industrial digital press exhibited in Berlin, will be configured with 5print heads allowing to obtain the highest production performances and with further main innovations, such as the loading platform equipped with an optional alignment system.
The heart of the system is an innovative print engine that allows native resolution of 600 × 600 dpi (in one pass), with up to 4-level grayscale controlling the drop size from 3 to 14 picoliter offering photo-realistic quality and perfectly readable text up to point size 1. These features, together with a wide 320x200 cm table, with vacuum zones independently controlled, make it particularly suitable for graphics, packaging & display, and for several industrial applications. NoeCha ONE is available in different configurations with speeds up to 487 sqm /h ensuring the same level of quality.

Main characteristic of NoeCha ONE is the UV-LED cold cure system created entirely by the company’s project team. Based on electronics developed by NoeCha for control of the print heads, the UV-LED system not only reduces the operating cost of the machine, but significantly increases the print quality. Last, but not least, this system reduces energy consumption (50% less of systems with standard lamps) and limits the environmental impact, thanks to a reduced emission of ozone.
