AE Sewing Machines will be bringing some rather exciting products to Sign & Digital UK this year. Returning from last year is the ASA-3010/TPL-KC conveyorised automated sewing machine for sewing keder beading onto fabrics for silicone edge graphics. This machine features a tactile lined conveyor belt a high-quality Juki industrial sewing machine head with an automatic thread trimmer and a keder feeder and keder cutter to make the operation as quick and efficient as possible. This machine requires no previous sewing experience, anyone can be trained to use this machine in just a few hours.
As well as the flagship ASA-3010/TPL-KC conveyor, we will also be bringing a new product with us – The ASA-2075-LS/ECO ‘mini conveyor’, designed for sewing silicone edge graphics. This is a smaller, more economical design than its predecessors, but it has all of the same features.
Finally, we will have the Juki LU-2828V-7 digital unison feed lockstitch machine on the stand. These heavy-duty machines are perfect for sewing materials such as PVC and canvas. This model features an automatic thread trimmer, back tack and foot lift as well as a digital touch-screen control panel which allows the user to change parameters such as stitch length, thread tension and presser foot height with ease.
