PPB Ltd has launched in November, its first range of premium Aluminium Composite materials for the UK's Digital Printers, Signmakers and Fabricators. proBOND aluminium composite is a new addition to the PPB portfolio and has been specifically developed to offer customers a genuine high quality sheet whether it's for short-term Digital Print projects, or high-end Corporate ID Signage.
proBOND Premium is suitable for all signage and fabrication applications. A premium grade 5005 alloy is used in manufacturing the full range of White, Colours and Metallics making the range a genuine option for customers already using premium European manufactured products. With a 2x durable Polyester paint on all colours, proBOND Premium comes with a 10-yr warranty.
proBOND Digital White grade offers superior ink adhesion from a true optimised digital paint surface proven to give the very best results for all UV Flatbed printing applications including hoardings. It is made to ISO9001 standards, has a 5-yr warranty and delivers genuine quality at an economic price.
proBOND Lite has a 0.20mm aluminium skin making it ideal for use where a slightly higher thickness of alloy is preferred to the thinner hoarding grades, or for quality signage projects where 3D fabrication is not applicable. Lite also comes with the optimised Digital paint for UV Flatbed Printing.
PPB Ltd can deliver proBOND orders next-day from an extensive stock holding and has a full in-house conversion facility for orders requiring cutting. As an additional free of charge service, PPB will deliver sample chip requests directly to customers, or to their end clients.
To support this product addition, PPB has employed Paul Neale, (ex PaperlinX), as ACM Manager. Paul has a comprehensive knowledge and vast experience of aluminium composites and their applications having been a specialist in the UK for over 10 years. At PaperlinX, Paul managed large Signage and POS customers calling upon his extensive background in production and quality management. His key relationships with aluminium composite suppliers, has been fundamental to ensure the right products have been brought into the proBOND portfolio.
